Lay a cabbage leaf down on a flat surface, so you can roll it
easily. Take some of the mixture and form it into a large
meatball. You may make these as large or as small as you
want, it’s up to you. Place the meatball in the center of the
cabbage leaf and wrap the cabbage leaf around the mixture.
